It has been found that having less clutter makes people happy. Moreover, less stuff to manage, to look for, to move out of the way and to keep clean means you get more time for more important things. Sort your email and unsubscribe of numerous newsletters you do not read, give away your old clothes to charity and the books to the library, organize your working space or even commit to “clean desk policy”, arrange one big eBay sale per year to get rid of all the stuff you do not need.

  2. Wow, that’s not an article but more like a book that useful for people who are not familiar what you write about. When it comes to reaching your goals, new years resolutions or not, what counts is determination and perseverance. If you don’t have those two qualites you will fail.
